What warranty companies do you accept?+
All major third-party extended warranty companies including Phoenix American Warranty, NVP Warranty, Penn Warranty, Endurance, CarShield, CARCHEX, Zurich, Fidelity, Nova, Protect My Car, Omega Auto Care, Olive, American Auto Shield, Concord, autopom!, Toco, Allstate, and dealer-installed extended warranties. Do I have to pay upfront and get reimbursed?+
In most cases no. We bill the warranty company directly using their company credit card or invoice system. You're only responsible for your deductible (if your plan has one) and any work that isn't covered.
What is and isn't covered?+
That depends on your specific plan. Some plans cover almost everything (powertrain, electrical, AC, suspension), others are more limited. We'll review your policy with you before any work starts so there are no surprises.
How long does warranty approval take?+
Usually same day. Once we diagnose the issue, we call your warranty company and most decisions happen within a few hours. For more complex repairs they may send an independent inspector, which can add a day.
What if my warranty company refuses to cover the repair?+
Sometimes warranty companies push back. We've been doing this long enough to know how to advocate for you. We'll provide detailed documentation, photos, and diagnostic reports to support the claim. If they still refuse, you decide whether to pay out of pocket or pass on the repair. Either way, you only pay for the diagnosis if you choose to walk away.
